2006 Compression Test

Hey everyone,

Simple question here, but I want to be sure.

I need to do a compression test on my car... Is there an easy way to disable to fuel system so the car will crank but not start for the duration of the test?

I was told holding down the gas pedal would shut off the injectors but this doesn't seem to work on my car and instead just fires up right away.

Any tips?

Re: 2006 Compression Test

To perform a compression test correctly, you are to remove all of the spark plugs from the engine. The engine cannot run without them.
