Hello,
I am in the process of getting a certified 2011 Honda civic EX 4d sedan. it has 20900 miles and it was a 1 owner car that I am buying from a dealer.
is there anything that I need to do, buy, look for, or anything else when I pick it up?

Prepurchase inspection by an outside professional?
At 20k, a non-abused car should need very little.
It COULD only be on its 3rd oil change.
