can you swap for the si vents?

can you swap the 2014 si carbon fiber vents. I was wondering if that would fit in my 2014 ex coupe. It looks to be the same size and placement. A couple dealers I called couldn't say for sure.

im assuming its not real carbon fiber I just really liked it and it seems identicle in size I found a website online for a very fair price I might take one for the team to try.
