Is there Anything I can add on ( aftermarket parts) that will help me get better gas milage ? I have a 2006 honda civic si.

Best things to do (definitely the cheapest but also the toughest): Modify your driving habits.

Air the tires up, make sure brakes aren't dragging.
CEL on? Fix that.
If the car doesn't run obviously badly, then there probably isn't much else you can do but waste cash on gimmicks that don't do anything good but make someone else rich.
