Any 2006 civic sedan owner have water pump/belt problem?

Any 2006 civic sedan owner have water pump/belt problem? My lower mileage 2006 civic sedan DX got extra loud noise and sent to dealer and reported to replace water pump/tenser/belt.
After doing some research, I find it is very unusual for this happens on a 52km civic and my civic is maintained in the dealer according to reminding schedule of the car. Even more interesting, there is a water pump recall for 2006/7 civic sedan in 2008 ( Service bulletin # 08-038 ), but Vancouver area not included.
I wonder if there 2006/7 civic owners have same issue?
