New Civic - Dealer Safety Check?
I'm in negotiation with a Southern California Honda Dealer to buy a new 2012 Civic Coupe. Was told that I couldn't test drive the car yet because it hadn't been through the "safety checks".
Seemed odd. I think this car has been in inventory for awhile and have never heard of safety checks required on a new car.
Anyone know if this is legit?
