Honda Owner Torn

What's up everyone ?!? I'm new to the forums, but not new to owning a Honda

95 Prelude (automatic), traded it in for a 96 Prelude VTEC w/ leather
traded that in for an 2006 Civic SI, then traded that for an 09 Civic SI Sedan

I've had a love affair with Honda's since a teenager and was heart broken when they stopped making the Prelude. I like my Civic SI, but it seems the sedan bogs down due to the added weight and I'm getting a little bored with it.

I keep thinking of trading it in for an Infiniti G35 coupe, and ending my love affair with Honda... lol...

I figured maybe looking around at Civic forums would keep my interest in my Civic !

My friend owns a 06 G35 that I drive from time to time....
Trust me, that thing is a tank, it's so heavy
The car is huge, it has a J-Lo ***, and the interior is small and uncomfortable, and even though it has a huge rear, you can hardly fit a suitcase in there

Maintainence on the car is also a hassle, I took apart door panels and other things because things get loose in there, random washers, bolts loosening itself, creating a lot of road noise
it takes about an hour just to remove a door panel, because it's so complicated

If you're going to upgrade, at least go with a Acura TL-S
Otherwise, stick with Honda

I honestly loved the preludes too, thats one of the only old cars i'd drive
for JDM preludes

Re: Honda Owner Torn

. You mean all TLs or the ones with that parrot beak? I like the older ones myself

Six speed, black interior, black exterior= sex on wheels. Hot as hell in the summer, but sex on wheels.

Although they're nice on the inside and ride nice I never liked the look of the slope-backed ones and really don't like that new fake chrome "parrot beak".

Re: Honda Owner Torn

Yeah, the newer years are ugly as hell, maybe like up to 08, i think?

however, its still 50x better looking than a G35

Or, you can try getting a 350z/370z
