civic 1.8v FD security and guage problem

civic 1.8v FD security and guage problem
I just encountered problem on my FD...i removed my battery to transfer it to my other auto and when i return it back my civic security indicator in my guage is already lit and the light is always on even if i already inserted my key.theres no alarm just the security light is always on and also my guages are disabled(fuel gauge,speedo and temp guage are off) just check the manual and check the the meter fuse and its good. need help please
