N00b question about the stock rims

Hey guys, stupid question for a civic newbie. I noticed some Civic coupes come with different sets of alloy wheels...is one set for a certain year? Or why do some models have one set, and other models have the other set? Here are the two different wheels I am talking about. IMO, the first ones are a lot cooler looking.

Re: N00b question about the stock rims

They are different rims cause its by year. The first set I think started in 2010. And the second set is from 2006-2009.

That's what I figured...alright cool thanks! I really like the newer wheels better, it really makes the car 'pop'. Can't wait to see them on my PMM when I get it this week!

Re: N00b question about the stock rims

The first ones come on 2009-present EX and up

The second ones come on 06-present LX

The ones that look like dinner plates come on the DX-G

I put an offer in on a Rallye Red DX-G tonight. Hoping to get a call back tomorrow! Will def. be replacing the dinner plates with something a bit less ugly, though.
