Instrument Panel - Have never seen this one

Instrument Panel - Have never seen this one
Hey guys
I am completly newbie when comes to Honda.
I got a Civic SI 2008 - but it is made and assembled in Brazil. There are few differences from US models such as interior colors finishing - exterior paint etc.
Surfing on a civic forum I found the picture below. I have never seen this instrument panel with LCD monitor on it. Where this came from ? Is it a japonse or british civic model ?
Is there a panel like that for who drives on the left side of the car ?
The truth is that I want to adapt a 7 lcd monitor on the instrument panel just like at the picture. where can I get something like that ?
