Metra currently makes a dash kit for the 06 civics. You cannot buy direct unless you have a business license or tax ID but I have to assume that crutchfield will carry it soon.

I think they also said you can order through bestbuy or circuity city, etc.

Oh, part number is 99-78-71. It's not yet listed on their website but the gentlemen confirmed it is being made and is available.
