Rep Power: 0 DC Sports Header and exhaust
I ordered my exhaust and header last week and delivery date is for Thurs. I have a friend comming over Sun. to help me out with the install. I just wanted to know the torque setting on the header for an impact wrench and the trouble I may run into when putting the stuff on. Thanx.

Rep Power: 299 I'm hoping that was just a typo Impact instead of torque. You don't need an impact wrench for this install. The header torque is 23 ftlbs. The instructions are good and have all of the numbers you will need.

Rep Power: 0 You need to spray all the bolts for the header and exhaust with a liberal amt of wd-40 a few hrs before doing the install. Good luck getting them off if you don't do this step. Trust me, it will makes things a lot easier.
Other than that, it's a matter of unbolting oem parts and bolting in the new parts.

Rep Power: 0 I got my dc header in yesterday. I don't have a deep well socket to get the rest of the bolts off after I got the heat shield off. Oh well, my dad is going up to sears today to get me a set.
