Question any one know how to fix lug stud

ok i have look in what i think is every post on this subjuct and all i keep getting is take it to the shop . if any one out there has a shop book please take 5 min of your time look up how to get the front hub off and post it on this site for the people that do not want to take there cars to the shop 4 every little thing that happens.when this happens to you you will understand its not like some thing simple to fix honda loves it wen u take your car to them they make more money so they make the little things that you should beable to fix at home a 3month project please i am asking if someone could please post how to get this hub off and thank you to any one that does

You need to loosen the bolt on the end of it. You need a really big socket. I had to use a 3/4 rracket set.

How did you bust your lug stud? I did that once with mine. All I did was put the stock wheels back on the car and took it to the dealer and acted dumb. And they fixed it under warranty and it took a whole 5 minutes. I know you don't want to hear take it to the dealer, but unless you have a 3/4 racket set, it would be easier to take it to the dealer.

i have that nut off but then what do i hit it lose or what ? i tryed about 2 weeks ago aand it looked like i needed to take the boot off so i losened it but that did not work so i put every thing back together and all the grease from in the boot came out .

iam no longer under warrenty i gusse i broke it because i put on diff rims /tires every weekend when i take the car to the track i must of put the lug on wrong one night then when i went to take it off the stud broke

go buy the stud from honda 5$... and hammer the hold one out... its really simple .. ive replaced 3 already.

stud/bolt as as in part the lug goes on?

need a hub puller... first take off the caliper.and the hub pin and such thats there... then bolt on the hubb puller to the existing stud.. and yank it with the metal pounding thingy.. and hub + rotor should come off and the stud is attached to the hub inside.. plus..becareful you dun misaligne the cv driveshaft unless i'm forgetting somthing...

are you people playing heman with your studs? i don't see how you can break your stud. buy a torque wrench and save yourself the headache.
