How did you bust your lug stud? I did that once with mine. All I did was put the stock wheels back on the car and took it to the dealer and acted dumb. And they fixed it under warranty and it took a whole 5 minutes. I know you don't want to hear take it to the dealer, but unless you have a 3/4 racket set, it would be easier to take it to the dealer.
i have that nut off but then what do i hit it lose or what ? i tryed about 2 weeks ago aand it looked like i needed to take the boot off so i losened it but that did not work so i put every thing back together and all the grease from in the boot came out .
iam no longer under warrenty i gusse i broke it because i put on diff rims /tires every weekend when i take the car to the track i must of put the lug on wrong one night then when i went to take it off the stud broke
stud/bolt as as in part the lug goes on?
need a hub puller... first take off the caliper.and the hub pin and such thats there... then bolt on the hubb puller to the existing stud.. and yank it with the metal pounding thingy.. and hub + rotor should come off and the stud is attached to the hub inside.. plus..becareful you dun misaligne the cv driveshaft unless i'm forgetting somthing...
