Ok I know this has probablly been asked plenty of times before but I need to know. I am going to hook an alarm up and I need some help locating these wires and what color code they are. This is on a 2001 civic Ex 5spd.
1.+ door pin switch
2.- door pin switch
3.brake light
4.parking lamp right
5.parking lamp left

When I go to hook up the brake light, do you know how I would hook that up (+-)

I also need to know where and what these wires look like also.
1.Ign. switch, key on
2.ign. start
This is for the cut out relay.
Also there is a Central Lock(6 wires); what are those for? What is a central lock how do I hook them up?
If someone could help me id appreciate it. I have never hooked an alarm up so I have no clue what im doin as you can tell!

Your installing an alarm with no wiring diagram? Guess thats why you need help..........I know that the door +/- is located in the harness on the driver side behind the kick panel. If you know how to trouble shoot and your some what know what your doing electrically you should be able to figure it out with no W/D

I hooked up my alarm DIY with no problems =)
Everyone told me not to try.. but it's not bad at all

Are you trying to do remote start also ???
Mine came with it, But You shouldn't Hook up the remote start
You have an immobilizer (sp?) in the key.
So it's hard as hell to hook up.
and no one's stealing you whip anyway. becuase of it

i'll dig that diagram out tommorow,... it has all the locations for the wires too ..
