Your best bet is aem because it really dont get loud until about 3900 rpms and it is also one of the best looking setups there is. Thats what I have..

Injen has a nice one it's on my 01 EX Auto, It's got a sweet little sound at low end that sounds kinda like a turbo. At 4500 it has a pretty nice grunt and 6000 it sounds like your engine is gonna explode(in a good way).

aem only make a SRI for a/t. Injen on the other hand, makes a CAI for a/t.

you wont really be able to hear any intake at low RPM's, but the AEM or Injen are good. i have the AEM SRI and it sounds great.

I have the V2 AEM Cold Air.. mad expensive.. around $255.. sounds good.. after about 3500rpm.. but I noticed a huge diffrence in the pick up.. espcially in 2nd and 3rd gear.. huge improvement...

I dont know if it would provide the same improvements on ur auto.. but on stick.. i woudl recommend it...

I have had a Cold Air Intake by AEM.. on my 99 civic ex auto.. and it was pretty good.. but i think V2 AEM on my 02 EX stick is better.

It has been stated that AEM doesn't make CAI for the 7th gen Civic but they do make SRI. Injen makes both for our car. Mainly it is your choice on that.

Exhaust wise, most people on this board will tell you Tanabe because of it being a very good quality cat-back system. The GReddy is something I think you are looking for because it's quiet until you get on it. Tanabe might do the same but I haven't heard it in person. Those two are you best choices.

AEM doesn't make a CAI for the 7th gen civic huh?? Where have you been? If they don't then how come there are about or over 100 members on this site alone that have them? I think what you meant to say is that they don't make one for auto 7th gen civics.

I just ordered the Injen IS1565 intake for my 02 auto CiviC. I read some reviews on it and it seemed pretty good. I must say that the intake manufactures (especially AEM) cater to the 5 speeds. I am looking to do the Ractive Dual Exhaust. My friend from connecticut has it on his 01 5-speed and it sounds really nice. I belive it has the Tanebe tips. If anyone know where I can get it, let me know please. I managed to order it from a guy off ebay and ended up getting my money back because it was on back-order. So the search continues...

Thanks, I thought I put that AEM makes CAI for only the MT but I guess I didn't. Thanks again for correcting that.

I would have to say the K&N FIPK. It has the benefits of a SRI, but it also has a heat shield to keep some of the heat from the engine away. Plus it has a nice low sound to it. Just my $0.02 !

I have a 02 auto, i got the injen cai, it sounds deep in the higher rpms. It will definatly add a dynamic/unique sound to your car.

how many times has something like this been asked and i have always said Injen. you will have better gains from the CAI from injen then the aem sri. Plus you dont need to worry about gettin a valve to prevent water from going into your engine with the injen cai because they have designed it to where its practically impossible to hydrolock it, unless you take the car swimming with you.

Injen

i put a injen cai on my 01 civic a/t (lx) and it's tight
real easy to install, sounds good at low speeds w/ a little turbo whislte and when you gun it, that ish screams crazy, especially when your v-tec kicks in. i suggest you go with that.
