is there any way without cutting the original sensor wire? I don't want the dealership to complain about it and threaten to void my warranty.

Rep Power: 0 They won't void the warranty. Extending the wire in no way can have any bad affect on your engine. If they start giving you that BS, just give it back to em and they'll comply. Why do you need to extend it? Do you have a new intake or something?
