it should bolt right up.. and you would need to change the ecu to accept vtec... and the wiring needs to be changed as well.. my opinion is that the vtec block on the d17s are not worth it...

more power? Custom Turbo :-D... and if your just using it for daily driving VTEC swap I/H/E I think there is a custom intake manifold being made right now, perhaps you can see if you can get one of those. That should make the car more peppy for daily driving, it wont make it a drag car. But it will be significantly quicker, also Iv noticed not letting my obese friends in my car helps get better gas milage.

no one here as done this swap to date. It should bolt in then fixz the ECU t accept the VTEC and you should be ready to go. Most people dont think its worth it. As far as us liking our cars. I love mine i just wish honda didnt screw us when it came to the Dseries. Should have put in a Kseries motor but i like my coupe

If you want power get a custom turbo. Thats really the only way to get power out of our engines.

A 50 Trim wouldn't be good for our cars. The efficiency drops off the map.

I noticed you dont notice the VTEC because the VTEC is pretty much on once you step on the pedal even one inch. (per my installation of the vtec light)
