if i put all red bulbs in my stock tail lights would it look any different than if i just used the regular ones?

well besides that, is there any color brightening or anything like that. im probably going to sell my altezzas because i dont think theyll look good with my rims when i get them so thats why im asking. i was something other than stock tail lights but i dont want altezzas style and i dont want UKDM lights.
