oil blow out

i was driving home after a party tongiht and i get right down the street from my house and i jumped on it and lost total power when it got to 5k. so i drive up the street and pull into my driveway and my oil light comes on. pull in my gerage and oil is flowing out of my motoron to the floor. i was like what the fawk jacked up my car and found that my oilfilter gasket blew into a few pieces and i lost oaa oil out of my motor onmy garage floor. just wondering if anyone has had something like that happen to there hevily modded cars. this is high compression (i think that might be why but i was just wondering if u had anyideas.

and if u dont have anyclue about what your talking about please dont post. i dont want this thread to be filled with,

this guy is full of ish

What kind of filter were you using? I dont think having a higher compression engine has anything to do with oil pressure. Oil pressure is based off of what your oil pump is able to pump. Unless you have a high-flow after-market oil pump thats pumping more oil... someone correct me if I'm wrong thanks.

jmzjmz is an unknown quantity at this point

why would you have to much oil in the crank case, in the first place?

Too much oil creates more oil pressure, which is bad for seals.. just like what happened to him.
