Will H7 bulbs fit out civics?

Well i gonna get some used HID size H7 from an Audi A4 for about $200-$250 from a friend. He said they can be customized to fit. But was wondering if anyone has done it? Is it worth buying? I dont wanna make it seem like i have my high beams on all the time, cause he said u might have to remove the glare guard.. or something like that? Ty for replies Turtle

You can customize anything to fit, but is it really worth the time and effort? If you think you're up to a job like that then go for it.

Maybe I am missing something??? Why would you want to anyway? Pretty much every bulb comes in both.
