i have no complaints about it. i dont know about gains but it does make your engine louder.

Are you kiddin me? Yes the Injen Race Division CAI is what you need. AEM makes only sri for your model car, so get the CAI from injen and notice the difference in sound and performance!!!

actually K&N's FIPK has a functional heatshield...
so it wont be dealing with as much hot engine bay air as other SRI would.
AEM wont make an auto CAI, if they wanted to.. they would have already.. but their R&D team is lazy to bother to fit one through the auto tranny. or didn't see a market in it, whatever.
as for quality, they're both the same.. nothing great, lots of extra price for the brand name.
know why there's such a heated rivarly between AEM and InJen? The founder of InJen quit AEM and started his own stuff.. so...
for quite awhile, all their products are basically the exact same thing. lol. even the dynos are practically the same.
If you're willing to spend the dough on a CAI, I'm recommending the K&N FIPK over that.. I feel K&N has spend more R&D time into it... but in either case, these are just tubes with a cone filter on it, nothing too special when use on a car such as ours.
the performance difference between one intake ot another is quite marginal, so really, just get something you'll be happy with.
