did you tighten the screws to propper torque? ive never had a problem either...but it might be that its just sitting a bit loose on the struts.

tighten 33 lbs as instructed. I had to force it to fit when i installed it.
Arent you supposed to put one side first and put the other side next? when i did that it didnt fit and messed up my alignment once.
Have any idea?

i had to jack one side of my car so that the strut was in the right place. if you just forced the bar on there you might not have put it on all the way down, and now its rubbing.

jack one side up, take off the bar and just put it on again. let us know if that works.

it shouldnt screw with the alignment since the strut shouldnt be moving... even after you remove all three bolts... at All. i agree it might not be down all the way .. hammer that sucka. lol only kidding ... I tap'd my rear upper one down with a screw driver until it went down all the way... I thought it was supposed to fit tight... I thought thats why they work so well?

I didn't feel like jacking my car up to install it so I just took a rubber hammer and one good whack popped it right on.

check to see if the threads are the same on each side. it might be a pain but its not worth ripping'em off while your driving.
