Custom Fender Flares

Hey guys, I've done some researching on custom fender flares, and I think I've found some that won't be too hard to be put on a 2 dr 01 civic. What do you guys think is a good price for those flares to be molded on and painted?

i wouldn't go over $400. i would just buy some, prime'em myself, get'em painted, and mount them myself. saves a bunch.

How would you mount them? 3M tape? I can't see how to do it bolt on w/out seeing the bolts on the body
