Xenon side skirts?

Ok I have decided to get the xenon body kit. The only concern I have is in putting it on myself is the side skirts. Will someone with this kit tell me how they are put on before I order the kit. Are they place on with the double sided tape and some screws in the fender, or some other way? I really dont want to drill holes in the side of my car. Also how much can I expect to pay to get someone to paint it?
Thanks

I have the Xenon side skirts. They are just 3M double sided tape and 4 screws. You still need to drill into your car. They are worth it though. I bought mine painted already, but you can probably expect painting to cost as much as the side skirts.

The Xenon sides are kind of difficult to put on! First you have to mount brackets 24 in from the rear and 24 in from the front so the side skirts slide down into them. The hard part is after you have the 3M tape on you have to stick the tape to the car and slide them into the brackets all at once and get it perfect! The rest of the kit fits perfect and is pretty easy to put on, just take your time, line everything up, and measure all the points.
