Question about emblems

How do you take the armour all off your dash so that you can stick your emblems on the dash and what kind of adhesive is used?

thats a good idea. i wish i knew how to do that myself. i heard emblems add like 50 HP.

Just go use some 3M emblem tape.. works real well. As for cleaning it.. Try goo gone.. just test it somewhere first.

I used rubbing alcohol to wipe my dash before I put my cell-phone holder on. But I didn't put any amour on so I don't know if that would work for you.

Hey...Hey...Hey...I have an emblem on my dash...Its not the H but the Civic emblem.

just use a damp cloth (with water) to remove the armour all. im sure thatll do it.

those badge tape works really well, and u cant see the tape too...and its also cheap...u can pick them up at ur local schucks

and i wasnt talking about urs, i think the ex looks kinda good on there. im talkin abou people puttin their civic emblems on there. first its like they are ashamed to have it on the outside of the car where people can see it, but then they would rather stick it to their dash? i dont get it?

I didn't take off the emblems because I'm ashamed of what I drive

I took them off to clean up the rear a bit

i am getting rims this summer. 17" motegi mr7. and i dont think a drop would work in ohio. i mean we have potholes like a bitch all over. i would be scratching the body.

Potholes....ever considered 16s for Mr7s?
I know they'll look like 15s in a way, but its prolly better than ****** up your 17s which cost more.
Just givin some advice....

16s are way to small. thats almost as bad as buying 14s and using my stock tires. 17s wont be a problem, the problem would be the chassis if i dropped it.

He's talking about if you hit a pothole with 17's. There is not as much tire on 17's so you could bend you rim. If you ahve 16's it would be better for bad road, because you get more cusion. Not to mention its better for racing.

oh, ok. but i dont think im gonna get 16s. they just look too much like stock. i dont think 1 inch should make that much of a difference. what size rims do you guys have?
