Maintenance Light. Turn it Off DIY
Yes, There is an answer to all your questions...
To start off, you can turn off the light just by holding your TRIP button for a couple seconds before turning your car on, then just keep holding it even when it starts, wait a bit (until it stops flashing), then just turn your car to the ON position (while still holding that trip button )then back to start, but you dont need to crank it.
Do that until it stops flashing. Thats how ez it is :
I've been seeing too many questions about that light, I got pretty pissed off about it and I read it somewhere but dont remeber. So I share my knowledge and beers to everyone

now you see, the reason I posted this is cuz people are too lazy to read the manual. I've seen like 3 or 4 posts in the last week asking about the light. So why not just be a little ez on everyone and just tell them how.
I see no point in flaming, or even saying, oh newbie use the search and all that ****. Its nice to have the info right in front of your face.
Well I guess my attempt to do that must have failed, oh and its not something "NEW" I learned, but thanks for the back.
Being new is good, Ive been reading these forums for a while, just never got to the point of registering.. N/e who. Once I find something Original maybe I will post it Until then ! Happy Flaming
