I don't understand your question, you want to "disable" the power locks when you lock it with your keyless entry?? I think you left out a very import word in your question because as it stands now it make no sence.

sorry about the confusion guys.. lemme clarify.
i'm talking about when you sit inside your car and lock the doors with the keyless entry remote. from the inside, you can unlock the door using 3 various ways: 1) using the unlock on the keyless entry remote 2) unlocking with power door locks lever 3) manually sliding the lock up from its locked position.
i was wondering if there was any way to disable option 2) unlocking with power door locks lever. like i said before, the 2003 camry XLE has this feature. why would you wanna do something like that you ask. well.. most thieves exploit the power lock lever feature as a easy means of opening your door. it takes about 30 secs to get a wire or coat hanger inside through the top or bottom of the window and activating the "unlock" switch. if you've ever locked your keys in your car and called AAA or someone to unlock your door you know what i mean.. this takes them about 10 secs with the proper tools to open it via method 2.
i wish to add this feature to my car just to make it harder for the amateur joeschmoe to gain access.. i know they can always smash a window or tow my car, but i really think this feature will discourage amateur thieves.

Thanks for clarifying, I guess you could wire a switch into the door lock switch wiring and just "open" the curcuit when you want to disable the door lock switch. Or you could just remove the switch all together and replace it with some sort of cover and just unlock the doors inside manually.
IMO I think it would be easier and would make it harder to steal your car by wiring in a "kill switch" so the car can't be started. If a thief wants to get into your car, not much is going to slow him or stop him, but if he can't get the car started he will leave rather quickly. Just my 2¢

thanks for the info. one question though, i thought our cars are equipped with the immobilization thingy which prevents the car from started without the chip in our keys being near the ignition (that flashing green key thing).

The "flashy green thing" is the blinking key icon that lights up on your dash display when you start or shut-off the cars engine. It’s in the upper left hand corner right above your tacho. The Immobilizer System stops the gasoline flow to the engine until the computer reads the chip in your cars key. If the computer and the key chip coincide the car starts, if they don't, it doesn’t start. Simple.
