that DIY is about as straight forward as it gets... I told you where all the wires were and even colors, if you can't figure it out maybe you should let a professional do it!
Only one question? I have the sim2 w/ me right now in my hand. The ECG have 5 wires, ok.
1) Black
2) red
3) blue/white
4) green/white
5) white
You post:
ts just a 5 wire hook up
red postive on battery
black negative on battery
RPM wire - blue wire to left of battery under black boot
TPS wire - red/black wire in middle wire in group of 3 wires by throttle body
o2 sim wire - cut black wire off 2nd o2 sensor, tape end going to sensor, run the simulator back to the harness that plugs in the car. leave other 3 wires alone and wrap the sensor in foil. tie under car somewhere
the red and the black its ok. blue wire (RPM) goes to? Tps wire in throttle body, where's ? The O2 Sensor have only one cable and I need to cut off? In PR have no technicians that solve them.

You may have a different o2 sim... anyways, the one I have was from diablo auto sports, now I dont have the instructions with me. The instructions tell your the colors of the wire ON THE SIM ITSELF, now example if I say RPM wire, that is the RPM wire on the sim... now run that wire to the BLUE wire to the left of the battery, then look at the instructions and find the color of the TPS wire, now run that to the RED & BLACK wire buy the throttle body, just splice it in, don't cut it. Now look at the instructions for the color of the the O2 wire on the sim, now run that to the black wire of the 2nd o2 sensor going back to the harness under the car. you have to cut that wire, tape off the wire going to the sensor, and leave the sensor under the car and tie it down good with some zip ties, I wrapped mine in foil to protect it from the elements...
Many other people have followed by DIY and had no problems at all....
Good luck man and I hope you can figure it out!

I got my O2 Sim from diablo auto sports the other day. Today my friend and I tried to hook it up at the ecu. The directions listed the 01+ Civic, and gave the wiring diagram. We found the wires in the exact same spots as the directions said, and they were the same color. Once we got it hooked up though, my car wouldn't start. It sounded like the battery was dead. Then we disconnected it and my car ran fine. Do you think that we still have the wrong wires or maybe a loose connection? I'm going to the local audio store tomorrow to borrow their multimeter. Maybe that will help. Until then any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
PS- Did everyone else just have all these extra wires running through their engine bays?

my test pipe only had one 02 bung below the header that I connected the first 02 sensor to, the 2nd o2 sensor is where it was connected to the cat, but now since you don't have a cat there shouldnt be a bung for the 2nd 02 sensor, so I just ued some zipties and tied it under the car, sounds like you figured it out, as I have offered as much help as I can without actually being there and doing it for you, hehe....

my test pipe has a hole to conect the 2nd o2 sensor. I have to connect it to the test pipe or disconnect it and tied somewhere of the car?

well if it has a hole for the 2nd o2 sensor then why did you even need the simulator? The only reason I had to buy the simulator was because mine had only 1 hole. What you can do is forget about wrapping it in foil and put the sensor in the hole so it is plugged, then cut the black wire and follow what you were gunna do before....
