question about **FOCUS** door panels

i know this isnt a FU.CKUS (focus) forum.....
trust me..

I HATE FORD FOCUS!
and i know all of you tech guys out there know a few stuff about all cars in general!

well...the deal is that my gf has a lemon! yes a lemon! wouldnt you be surprized!
and i need to fix her rear door, becasue it got "unhinged" from the door handle, and you cant open it from the outside!....ie.....the hook it lose/off, and you can only open it from the inside!

i was wondering if any of you know where to find a DIY for this....
i searched all morning, on focusfanatic.com etc, and nothing!

can anyone help!
(her car is a lemon cause the power steering broke ****4***** times...in 4 months)

we have to turn it in this weekend, cause its a lemon, and they're gonna give her $4000!
and she dosnt know whcih to go with a CIVIC, ACCORD, or JETTA??????

she has a black 2002 ford focus LX, automatic!

thanks guys!
once again...i hate focus-es

You can try to rip out the side of the door from the inside; that will let you see what's inside the door and maybe be able to see what was loose.
WTF? $4000? For a year old car? Yikes. That's like a 94 Accord.

LoL Ford living up to it's name! (fix or repair daily)

Car's define your overall look.

Jetta Girlie cube car. Not too sexy, not very ugly. plain some might say

ergo; she won't get much attention while driving one of those. Never been attracted to a girl in a VW except for ones driving the beetle.

well for one thing, the accord isn't in the same class as a civic, or jetta...

accord = mid-size car
civic, jetta = compacts

so if she's willing to fork the extra cash then i would recommend an accord but please don't get the 03 sedan...

other than that, i say get a civic because i have a biased opinion

you forgot to mention how their power windows and other misc. electricals tend to stop working around the same time.

I hate to ask a stupid question, but, why bother fixing it if your just going to give it back this weekend okay, maybe I don't hate to ask the stupid questions. Whatever.
