you don't use nitrous right off the line. if you spray in first gear you're going to hit the fuel cut out faster than you can shift into second. once you hit the fuel cut out your intake manifold will go kaboom! you spray in second gear. you "could" spray in first if you have a nitrous controller which you can adjust the amount of nitrous at a certain rpm and slowly increment the amount, but if you're planning on using a basic kit with a WOT switch do not spray in first... or you can and find out what happens and come back here and post about it...

lol kinda anxious to see what happened if u squeezed in 1st...some fantcy shiet we dont see everyday if u runnin stock, dont go over 50 just to be safe....prolly get the switch and dont let the nos rev ur limiter, thats another fantcy shiet. shut the nos down right before it hits the limiter...its gonna be fast and quick less than 2 sec, prolly have it installed and take it to the shop and let the pro show u first....not a good idea if this is ur first time

which dry kit are you refering too? there are some no no's. The venom kit I believe would be the only dry kit to use on the returnless fuel system. Double check with venom though.

you could have payn technologies fab you up a kustom intake manifold. i don't know how much it's going to cost.

and running dry is going to get your engine extremely hot since there is no extra fuel being sprayed with the nitrous. not only that, but you're probably going to go lean fast as well. just f.y.i. for ya. NX is relatively cheap.

you don't need a custom intake manifold for a NX stage 1 wet kit.

BTW there is a guy on the members rides who had a D16 manifold fabbed to his car.

the reason you'd blow the intake manifold is from a nitrous backfire....

the NX kit comes with everything needed to hook it up.

A windows switch is extra and I recommend it for new users. Other accessories that are nice are the blow down tube with 3000 psi pop off cap and fitting. Bottle heater, Nitrous pressure gauge, and purge kit or know by NX as a GEN-X2 upgrade.

yes, thats why there is such an importance to run the proper sized nitrous and fuel jets for any given combo.

I don't have a nitrous system, but just wondering if you have one, where do you get it refilled?
