Apexi AFC controller not work on 2001 ex civ?

Ok i have been noticing all the recent posts on the vtec controller by apexi. And i actually rode with a friend of mine that has it installed in his delsol. And it's freakin awsome thats all i have to say. So i checked out this site, that i usually buy all my parts for the civ. And well just check this site out, and please tell me that they are wrong. They say that the vtec controller wont work on a 2001 - on ex civic.

i cant be sure but i think they are wrong, cause i've seen few pep on this site with the afc on their 01 ex...but we might need extra parts or additional wires to convert the afc to match our ecu, but its an universal product....apexi will figure some **** out. leave it to the rich peps bro, we'll just hang

the site is correct. the vtec portion doesn't work because the vtm on our cars is different this year. that is why we get the check engine light when we do cold starts. if you haven't noticed already, www.apexi-usa.com has removed their ecu diagram for our cars to do further testing.

Can someone please link to the post some guy did about dyno results from the "successful" V portion install of the V-afc? Im pretty sure there are at least 2 different succesful installs, WITH dyno results as proof.

The thread was deleted because BartKat wouldn't stop being an Maybe they will post again, but I don't blame them if they don't try to help us out after the stunt he pulled.
