removal of OEM front lip??

hey everyone...i recently got another lip and want to remove my OEM front lip...yes i searched...came up with nothing, so my question is how can i remove the OEM one and not cause any damage to my bumper...thank you in advance

i just did this like 2 days ago..... take out all the bolts in the bottom and your 2 screws in the fenders, the rest is all 3m tape

you can pull gently and gradually along and slide your finger inbetwen the bumper and lip.... it flexes a lot so it shouldnt break or anything like that.

thanks mugenracerx...why you remove your OEM front for??? i got the RS lip...but still needs painting...
