Click on the DIY on the top of the page, then under Audio, click on removing the factory head unit in a 7thgen honda civic. Easy enough?

there are two screws on the center dash part, you have to pull off the plate with the power outlet on it, under there is 2 screws, then you gotta be really buff and pull the whole piece out

Yeah just follow the DIY for removing stock radio. However, I feel that they don't really show you all the steps. They miss some key points and make it seem way too easy. I'm guessing that this is your first time removing the dash piece. I can tell you that first time is not a great experince. Go slow and make sure you have the right tools because although the center dash is held by clips you need to remove some tough to reach screws first. You'll need to use some force in pushing the first clip out of the dash once you are done removing the center dash and the piece where the power outlet is. After that it is pretty easy as you now can use a flat piece of tool to pull out the rest of the clips. The key once again is to go slow though. Anywayz good luck!
