You should have used a viseclamp or a jack to hold the control arm in place BEFORE taking out the bolt.

Anyway, Grey did the search for you

OK if you haven't gone under there that circular piece of metal is what you're trying to line up. The easiest way to get it lined up is like this:
1.) Jack up car the normal way and take off your tire.
2.) Knock the entire control arm out of there (the plastic piece that is holding that circular piece of metal.
3.) Put a jack under the control arm a little closer towards the tire from where that circular piece of metal is.
4.) Jack up the control arm HIGHER than it is supposed to go.
5.) Get the soft end of a pair of pliers or something like that, make sure the metal is covered by rubber or something, and jam it into the other side of the metal piece. (The side further away from where your tire goes. 6.) Now you can pry the control arm down a little with the soft end of the pliers.

NOTE: This probably won't work the first time, it's gonna take a few tries to get it. And also when you're jacking up the control arm it won't move at first, this is normal, once a certain amount of pressure is applied to the plastic piece holding the circular piece of metal it will budge. Pm me if you have more Q's

The only reason I bought a tie bar was cuz i thought it would be really easy to install. I thought I would just take off the bolts, attach the tie bar, put the bolts back on, and DONE. but dayam, i dont wanna go through all that trouble just for a tie bar. Some people are saying it took a couple hours! Selling mine now, $20 shipped!

After I messed up on mine it only took me 30 minutes. Just jack up the car and start playing with it. Why did you even buy it if you didn't wanna spend half an hour installing it? Install that instead of watching T.V. or something. Besides you still gotta line up the holes to get the bolt through B4 you can drive your car, so just put it back through with the bar on. And when you do the other side do it right
