DIY: Trunk Shocks by Grey

Are there anyone try this DIY in a 2k2 Sedan, is it work? I am wondering the Parts for a couple is the same as the parts needs for my Sedan. Is it easy to do? Are there any photo of a Sedan with this DIY? Everytime I open the trunk, i have to pull it all the way up. It seems like do not have any support of the springs. I just ordered a spoiler from ebay, I think I really need to replace the spring to make the trunk open by itself.

Thanks

I take it English is not your mother tounge, no offense it just makes it hard to understand sometimes.

As for the Spring problem you should be able to do the same as Grey did as the principal is all the same.
