I was driving 2 my girls house and i hit something and it broke the glass part inside my neon that was on the front. I have the Street Glow Gold series and i have no idea what i am suppost 2 do. I know it comes with a life time warranty but only if u dont break the other glass thing but i didnt break the outer glass but i did put 3 lil cracks on the side were the black piece meets the glass part. I need 2 know what do i do any and all help would be great. Aslo no flames saying well thats what u get for having neons i dont want 2 hear it.

Call the place where you got it. Pretend to be someone else and tell them what happened. See if they will be able to send you just the front tube.

Just tell them your situation. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

If that doesn't work, just break it yourself. That's what I would do.

I called their customer service number on their website and told them it was broken, they gave me a return auth# and i shipped it back. VERY simple process. read about it here:
