Hey guys..
well I mounted my shift light and now i cant find where to tap in to for the ignition coil..

I dont even know where the ignition coil is in the engine bay.

Red wire = Power

black wire = ground

Green wire = ignition coil


can anyone show me where the coil or where to tap it in to...

you should be able to tap into the tach wire where it feeds into the gauge cluster in the dash. Not sure what color it is (should be able to find that in the tech manual), but thats where most shift lights (proform, autometer) tap in to. Peace

alright, here is the deal boss,....... take out your gauge cluster and there are two clusters that plug into it....on the right one there is a baby blue wire (if i remember correctly it is the right) that is your tach wire...tap into it and your new tach will now display your engine RPMs and then program your shift light....then have fun and go drink a beer when you are done! hey are all wrong. there is a blue wire next to the batterie and the head light's it has a end on it you can't miss it.
