Door Handle Trim?
Hey everyone, just finished painting all my trim on the dash, except I think I am going to paint the guage bezel silver now as well. Anyway, I want to paint the trim around the door handles since it is all beige and I want to make it stand out a little more. Is there anyway to take the trim around the door handle out without taking the whole door off or does it snap out like everything else on my civic?

yes,,use a small screwdriver and pop out the back piece,,unscrew the handle,,pull it out and unhook the button,,using the same screwdriver pop off the plastic piece holding the metal bar in place,,and voila your done,,but beware,,,removinmg the actual handle from the jam is a biyatch cuz its got the arrow shaped plastic piece holding it in place and a messed up spring,,,but take your time and youll be good
