Clutch ?

Hello everyone
Whenever i push down on my clutch before i start the car i here a squeek sound. I don't know if it happens every other time i push the clutch in because the exhaust might be drowning it out. Is this normal, not normal but ok, or bad. Thanks for your help.

good luck...I've brought my car in 5 seperate times because of a squeeky clutch...each time they "fix" it, it goes away for about a week and then comes right back...they've replaced my master clutch cylinder (4th trip in), and on the final trip in, they told me it was just the noise of the pedal spring being released and there was nothing they could do...i've even showed them that TSB twice...oh well...i've learned to live with it...

The Honda technician that I talked to said that my problem was in my master cylinder, I can't view the TSB yet because I just reformatted my comp and reinstalled and can't find my Adobe disk. I'm having the cylinder replaced this week but I know that's not going to fix it. The master technician at the Nissan dealership I work for told me it might be a clutch fork or something. Whatever it is, when I get more info I will post the correct diagnosis for our clutches if it is not in the TSB.

if you find a TSB for it, please post...I want something to take to my dealership since they seem to think a sticky & squeaky clutch is a normal thing, even though my g/f has the same exact car and her's it quiet as a mouse...but her gas pedal squeaks, so...
