Can anyone answer these two questions quick.

What is a FMAX and a dual core FMIC?

And what is a Block Guard?

I heard these two terms when people were talking about NA and FI engines...

Block Guard is used by the fastest racers, and top engine builders around the world. It is made out of aluminum and designed to fit between the block and the floating cylinder walls to strengthen the walls on modified Acura/Hondas. The block guard has drilled holes along the coolant track to allow proper coolant flow

Theres a lot of heat that raps in the walls of the internals, Block Guards not only make the foundation of your precious internals it keep it a lot cooler especially running a high compression.
