Mine were cut like that when I got them...though mine were for a manual...You should cut them because you have your High Beam Light, Cruise Control, and Check Engine light behind those....probably seat belt light as well.

Hey Hawk, I just got my reverse indiglo gauges in the mail today and they look exactly like yours. Same brand and all. Mine also not cut around the edges like yours. You definitley brought up a good question. But for some reason, I don't think they are supposed to be cut out. Also, does your blue/green switch look like a flat thin piece of wire? The switch seems kind of cheesy in my opinion. Anyway, hope someone here has an answer.

Yes you have to cut them.... Just get an exacto-knife or razor and trace around the edges so it looks like the DIY, and your gonna have to notch out the clear plastic on both sides so it will fit the 2 wires coming down. Good Luck gettin em on, they're are tough little devils to snake on. Oh and like it says too, be sure and secure them down with some double-sided tape or something so they don't stick your gauges..

Yeah, just use the black trim piece from the gauge cluster and outline the area you want to cut out. Just cut out the white parts and try not cutting into the off-white part. Also, dont cut off too much else you'll get a gap between the trim piece and the new gauge face (old face will be exposed).
Hope that made sence.

Thanks for the help
While on the topic of indiglo gauges, does anyone know if you can just ground the black wire from the indiglo gauges to the all black wire on the factory wiring harness? This seems like a better place to ground the indiglo gauge wire. Thanks
Where can you get just a white face gauge. I have a coupe and I like my orange/red lights, I just dont like the gray face gauge, can I find something white, and clear so the the orange light will go through or something?
