The torque on Upper Front Strut bar?

Aight... My Neuspeed Strut bar came today, it says to torque the nuts back to 33 ft-lb. I don't have a torque wrench, so, how critical is that to be dead on? What's a good guess? 1/2 turn past tight? Tight so it doesn't turn any more? Can anyone give me a reference frame?

If you are that worried about it... I bet if you go to your local auto store they would let you borrow one... maybe even a local garage.

do you remember how hard u had to pull to unbolt it? probably not huh?

when you use the regular wrench you wont get near torque spec, its kinda hard to estimate...

u can just spend 20 bucks on one... I mean the thing is useful... you'll use it again..

get something that can do 100lb+ thats a bit more costy though.

I hadn't unbolted it yet when I asked last night. I got it on, I figured out that it took about 1/3 turn to get it loose, and when I went to tighten it up, that was all it would turn anyway. Actually wound up having to jack the front end up to get the bar to drop onto the threads on the left side. But, yeah, then I just cranked it back on, and gave it 1/3 turn past tight.
