What I did is drilled a hole the same size as my speaker wire. I use 8 gauge just for the hell of it. then the speaker wire will already be tight in the hole, just seal it good with some silicone or some type of caulk. Next post in the ICE forum to get more help.... Good luck with that enclosure, I'm thinking of building one similar too....

Fixed Linky

Well, you could do that or you could just get gromets and make sure no air escapes where the wires come in.

You can also get those connectors, like the back of sub boxes have, and put them on the outside then run the wires from the inside to the speakers. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Done mess with those connector things, just run the wires directly from the sub (which you should solder to the terminals) to the amp and use some crimp terminals at the amp for a good connection. Its not like your gunna have to disconnect the box, if you have to cut the wire there is more chance something can go wrong, its better to have 1 cable with a direct path.
