The key hole in the rear deck.

I need a 1 word answer. Should the key hole sit flush with the rear deck, or is it recessed into it?

No I'm not being paranoid. The key hole works, but I think the rear deck is not lined up right, its too high and is pushing on the window and is the reason for the bad vibrations with the stereo. Right now the key hole is completely under the rear deck. You can see it through the hole, but I can also drop stuff down through the gap. It looks like it wasn't put back together right at somepoint (I'm guessing tint shop, I don't think the dealer has ever had it apart).
