eh.. not much room back there anyways...
open the glove box, on the left and right side you'll see two clips, just pull those off and the glove box should fall down.. not sure whats hooked on the bottom part of it tho

on both side in the top of the box you see a piece of plastic(different color than the rest) open your glove box a little bit and pull on this piece, 1 left and 1 right. for the rest I don't know but you will be able the see behind the glove box and you may be able to see who to do the reset

ok. i went out and figured it out before any replies posted. but for anyone else interested:

1. the piece below the glovebox is hiding an important screw. yank the front of it (edge closest to the back seat) down to release 3 clips. then pull it straight toward the back of your car. you can see how two rubber rods held the back in.

2 use an 8mm rachet (i think. same as one to remove radio) to remove the screw by each hinge at the bottom of the glovebox. you can see them by lying on your back, looking up.

3. push glovebox release button (like you're opening it, but watch out. it's gonna fall)

4. there are 2 ***** at the top rear (closest to the windshield) corner of the glovebox. one on either side. rotate the glovebox sightly and flex some plastic to pop the whole thing out.

edit: oh yeah. thanks to everyone who replied. I love this forum.
