indiglo gauges, needle doesnt work!!! need help

so i installed my reverse indiglo gauges yesterday and everything went fine, until i drove it that night, finding out that my speedometer needle didnt move!
i was like what the, i never took off the needle or anything, and it doesnt seem to be stuck to anything?
i cant figure out what the problem is, how do i recalibrate this thing or something?
i remember someone saying a while back that they recalibrated it themselves???
im not sure, but can someone please help me out asap!!
thanks

honestly they are probably stuck mine did it at first until I switched up tape and tape placement. YOu need to go out adn get two sided scotch tape cause its paper thin and works real well and then just tape the hell out of the stuff. so It wont interfer with the needle.

ur gauges are sticking up, which are preventing the needles are moving. make sure they are totally flat, and don't bunch up the adhesive. use flat pieces

take your guages out and then try the original and if it works then u need to get double sides scotch tape and run thin strips around the needle entrance on the guage. same thing happened to me on my tach.

I used white glue, I figured it would come off the factory face easier than double stick tape would....white glue just flakes off and I wouldnt have to worry about the residue from the tape....
