Door Trim

I'm trying to paint the trim around the interior door handles. I took out the two screws and have removed the plug for the power locks on the driver side. But how do i take the bar that actually unlocks the door off (the part that the handle pulls on when you pull it?) Thanks for the help

Props for the searching. Did it take you 2 hours?

No, it didn't take two hours. There is no reason to flame this; i searched before posting. Then later I thought to look in the DIY for removing the door panel to put a speaker in b/c you would have to remove the door handle trim. This doesn't seem like an obvious place to find it to me, so i don't really understand if you're trying to be sarcastic or what with the two hour comment. I found it about 15 minutes after my first post, then later thought to post that i no longer needed any help.
