2002 Civic Altezza install (coupe)
Does anyone know where their is a DYI guide on the web or anywhere wheir I could see how to install the euro altezza lights in a 2002 civic EX coupe. Thanks.
you can do a search to see if there is a DIY. Other than that you have to remove the panel (slightly) to expose the 4 lug nuts that hold the lights in place. Remove the bulbs and wires from the holders. Once you remove the 4 lug nuts the entire light will come out of its placement. Its that simple. For help look at the owner's manual in the changing the brake light section. Hope this helps some...

PLEASEEEEEEEEE
But if your not i will explain, personally ive never installed them but i still know how its done...
1) Open your trunk
2) Remove the carpet around the sides (only near the tail lights)
3) Get a wrench set find the right size (8mm) and unbolt the 4 or 5 bolts that hold the tail lights in place
4) Remove the bulbs from your stock tail lights
5) Pull of stock tail lights
6) Put new altezzas on the car
7) Use the same bolts to hold the new lights in place
8) VOILLLAAAAA----your done, repeat directions on the other tail lights aswell (OBVIOUSLY)

But seriously, they aren't that hard to install. Once you pull back the carpet on the sides, you'll see the bolts that have to come off. It's pretty much common sense..
its hard to pesonalize "your own" Civic. Look what happened when I(ASWZero) mentioned the T2001 bumper will go nicely with the Kaminari sides and rear. One person got it(got the idea from me) and a couple more followed. I'm getting something else. I wonder what. I already know, but no one has it yet and I have no job ...

I'm with dragoon.....if done tastefully altezzas look tight. I am in Houston and there are so many Chevy pickups with altezzas but forget the flamers and do what you like.
