yup...i had the exact same problem....it goes away once you replace the pads..in the process i got the aem/nissan brake pad and upgraded my rotor to brembo...stopping power increased alot..i recommend getting it
If it's squeaking when *not* stepping on the brakes it really doesn't seem to be a brake problem... If it squeaks when you hit the brakes then it's definitly worn brake pads or simply rocks and dust getting into the pads. The OEM brakes have a very loose pad that allows dirt and **** to get in.
I also have brake problems, but mind pops and clicks when I do step on the brakes. The Honda service guy washed out my pads and it seems to be fine for now. But somehow, I feel so empty inside, I feel like the problem will return to haunt me!! ARGH!
... Anyway. I'd say hassle the dealer to clean out and inspect your brakes first. Although as I said, it'd probably not be the brakes in your case. Even though brakes are not covered under warranty, they're usually very nice about making customers happy and buy a new Honda in a couple of years.
