trunk lid mounted tool kit

I got this nice toolkit to keep inside the car. anyways, bmw's and others have theirs mounted to the underside of the trunk lid. I cant really finda good spot to keep it in the car and it wont fit under the floor so i was thinking of rigging up some sort of mount to hold it on the lid. Any suggestions on how to do this. its about the only place this is gonna fit and its not so heavy that it wouldkeep the lid from staying up.

<laugh> you would think When I went to install the stock spoiler (which is really light, btw) the stock trunk springs couldn't keep the thing up. You had to install the springs they gave you in order for it to work right - just a note of caution if you are going to go through with it.
